iProv has developed many products created specifically for customer needs and other sold directly to consumers. We're proud to showcase some of these products here.
UALRsource.org - UALRsource.org is an application which gives students an opportunity to buy, sell, or trade their textbooks with one another rather than dealing with the bookstore who often does not give enough money back for used books. The site goes even further to allow users to evaluate and read reviews on UALR professors, read articles written by UALR students, and see upcoming events on campus. This year, iProv is making minor adjustments to parts of the site and kicking into high gear to promote it to advertisers.
WheresTheFreeSpace - a Macintosh product which allows a user of any level of experience to manage hard disk space by cleaning up temporary files and displaying the physical size (measured in Megabytes, Kilobytes, or Gigabytes) and relative size (% of mounted drive).
ZipCodetoState - A Web API Geolocator that is easily implemented into any PHP project. This project allows developers to find a state based on a given zip code. Check out the example and then contact us to start the service!

Mini-storage Price Estimator
iProv created a mini-storage estimator for a regional steel manufacturer. This program allows steel estimators to:
- Enter over 20 variables
- Modify size specifications
- Instantly returns a printable customer quote
- Ability to modify markup
- Ability to modify costs of parts used (screws, trim, etc)
- Stores all past entered quotes for easy duplication or modification
- Allows competitive bidding due to a stronger understanding of costs
Steel Tracker
In January, 2004 iProv created a project time-entry intranet application program to track and create reports on total project man hours. Before the system, known as Steel Tracker, employees would turn in hours to an accounting employee. That accounting specialists would then enter that information into an Excel spreadsheet to create a total man hour report. However, further reports would also have to be created such as individual project hours, department hours, etc.
Applica Returns Tracker
Applica (NYSE:APN) consumer products manages returns
for Black & Decker, Windmere, and a list of other
companies. Therefore, when your Black & Decker toaster
breaks and it is still under warranty, you do not send
it directly to Black & Decker, you send it to Applica.
Applica has trained professionals that test all returned
products. These trained professionals then send reports
to Black & Decker (or the respective companies)
and the Applica headquarters in Miami , FL.
iProv created an enterprise program that allows all
users to enter the information into a central location,
view reports around the world, and streamline the business
processes.
- Technicians can search and sort information
- The system performs a self compilation at the end of each day
- Technicians can upload images and type notes about each product reviewed
- Applica home offices ( Miami , FL ) can view daily or hourly reports
- Black & Decker and similar partners can view reports from the comfort of their home
Customer Relation Manager Program
A local manufacturing company had a list of customers organized in a spread sheet format. iProv created a scalable database application that allowed employees to enter information about each customer and enhance customer relations.
Employees throughout the organization could then instantly:
- Find customer contact information
- See recent communication information
- Eliminate customer frustration from communication breaks from different employees
- View accounting and delivery terms
- Add new communication information
Collegiate Ministry Data Vault
The Arkansas Baptist Collegiate Ministry employs 35 campus ministers from all over the state. Each month those ministers were required to submit monthly reports to their superiors. These reports were e-mailed and the ministers were asked to print them off, fill them out and mail them back to the main office.
